Victor Parker is the Deputy, Associate Administrator for the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), Office of Field Operations. In this role he provides policy guidance and oversight to the Regional Administrators and District Directors in implementing SBA goals and objectives. He is responsible for solving problems in specific operational areas, establishing and monitoring performance goals for the districts, serving as a liaison and expediting issues for the regions and districts in dealing with higher headquarters. Mr. Parker is responsible for the SBA’s 68 field District Offices which are the point of delivery for most SBA programs and services.
