Telebah Woods is a Senior Vice President, Business Development Manager in
Neighborhood Lending at Bank of America. In her current role, Telebah focuses on West
Coast Connect to Own® partnerships and the bank’s Community Revitalization efforts.
She responsible for driving the benefits of our Community Homeownership
Commitment with our community partners and identifying in-flight community
revitalization initiatives west of the Mississippi.
Telebah’s career in financial services expands over 20 years and began as a bank teller
through a college scholarship program. She joined Bank of America in 2006 as a Branch
Operations Manager and has held a number of roles such as Regional Sales Consultant,
Divisional Sales Operations Manager, Divisional Sales Performance Manager and
Strategy Execution Manager to her current role as Business Development Manager.
Telebah is currently the Regional Chair for the Black Professional Group West Region
employee network and has served as the Consumer Lending Diversity & Inclusion Leader
for Greater Los Angeles. She is also a member of various employee networks, a
committee chair for Multi-Cultural Women Ready to Lead and a part of the Black
Executive Leadership Team within Bank of America. Telebah currently sits on the board
for EXP, The Opportunity Engine an organization focused on providing educational
access and career opportunities for students and also remains committed to
volunteering and working with a number of community outreach programs. She was the
2020 Valiant Award and 2018 Global Diversity & Inclusion Award recipient and
previously received the Commitment to Exceptional Service Award. In 2019, Telebah
was awarded the Executive of the Year in banking recognition from the Dr. Cozette
White Foundation.
Telebah attended Arizona State University and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Global
Business with an emphasis in Human Resources and Management. She currently resides
in Los Angeles, California with her husband and their 3 children.
