Robert is Managing Director, co-head of Residential Mortgage Lending for CIT Bank, N.A. in Pasadena, California. He is responsible for the daily management of the Secondary Marketing group where he oversees loan pricing, pipeline management/hedging, transaction management and developing best execution strategies for residential mortgage products for the Bank.

Additionally, Robert heads the Bank’s Correspondent, Wholesale and Bulk Acquisition channels. In this capacity he develops and sets the strategy on how third party originations complement the Bank’s Retail Lending infrastructure.

Robert also plays a critical role with broader CIT strategic initiatives including mergers and acquisitions as well as developing and implementing strategies related to Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) lending and investments.

With 20 years of experience, Robert held roles in secondary marketing and asset management at Indymac Bank and OneWest Bank prior to joining CIT.

Outside of work, Robert is a member of the Board of Directors at the Boys and Girls Club of Pasadena and enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Robert received his Bachelor of Science degree in finance from New York University.
