Jay currently serves as the VP/Treasurer of Mana Group, a multi-billion-dollar privately-owned company, while serving as one of the founding board members to ioTech international, a cutting-edge biotech firm that researches, prevents, and treats microbial, including Covid-19. Also, as one of the Principals of New River Global Inc., a business as a humanitarian and faith mechanism, the international consortium bridges innovative technologies and solutions with developing countries and marginalized communities. Jay has over 25-years in business and non-profit leadership, including corporate management, investment banking, international business, regulatory compliance, real estate, and finance. He received a Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from UCLA and further obtained a law degree (J.D.) and Masters in International Law (LL.M.) with Honors. Jay is presently a 2021 candidate in earning his Master of Liberal Arts degree (ALM) at Harvard University with a concentration in International Relations via Extension. He was a former Commissioner of the Human Rights Commission for the City of Austin, a board member to anti-human trafficking non-profit, and taught Social Science and Business courses as an Adjunct Professor. His deepest joy in life is to intimately commune with God and accumulate special memories with his family.
