Carol Chung

Ms. Carol Chung is a licensed clinical social worker with 20 years of clinical and administrative experience. She received a Master’s in social work from the University of Pennsylvania and currently is a program evaluator for the Los Angeles Department of Mental Health. Ms. Chung worked in various medical and behavioral health care settings throughout Los Angeles County, Ms. Chung’s article The Psychosocial Care for Adolescent and Young Adult Hematopoietic Cell Transplant.”, was published through the National Institute of Health. She has been a speaker for the American Cancer Society and Leukemia Lymphoma Society. She is trained in several trauma-informed evidence-based treatment modalities and endorsed with the California Center for Infant-Family and Early Childhood Mental Health, emphasizing the zero to five population. Ms. Chung’s passion is in early intervention and protective factors that promote family resilience. Ms. Chung enjoys running, hiking, football and making new friends to promote community resilience.
