Sharon Park's Bio Sharon Park is a co-founder and CEO of Home Starter Inc., a tech collaboration platform designed to streamline and scale initiatives focused on increasing and preserving the supply of affordable homes. Prior to that, she founded the Developing Affordable Starter Homes Fund (DASH), a project in Baltimore that provides flexible construction loan capital to small developers. Prior to that, she was a co-founder, Chief Administrative Officer and SVP of Home Partners of America, Inc., a $6B single-family lease purchase platform. She led the Company's corporate finance and capital markets activities, including the raising of over $1B in permanent equity capital and execution of over $3B in debt financing and securitization transactions. She was also responsible for corporate development and housing policy affairs, including the execution of mortgage related pilots and fostering relationships with national housing policy experts. Prior to Home Partners, Sharon worked in various businesses at Citigroup and was also a corporate attorney. She received a BA from Dartmouth College, a JD from the Georgetown University Law Center and an MBA from Columbia Business School. She is a member of the bars of Maryland and New York.
