Jennie Izumi

My name is Jennie Izumi and I am a Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Crest Real Estate in La Crescenta.  
One of my specializations is working with first time buyers using assistance programs with the City and County of Los Angeles or other communities offering assistance.  
I have been working with these assistance programs for over ten years and am familiar with the  intricacies of using an assistance program and can get them accepted and closed.
I worked in the loan servicing, property tax and foreclosure departments for a major mortgage company, so I am familiar with these areas.  This has been extremely helpful and beneficial for me and my clients.  The more knowledge the better!
I have had an interest in Real Estate since I was a teenager! I bought my first house when I was 26 years old and sold it myself,  without a license, a couple years later.  I have a license now and can help you!
