Jeannette Ruiz Mayes

Jeannette Ruiz Mayes is a CRA Community Loan Officer for SVB in Southern California. I have been working with the community for 25 years in promoting using City and County programs to encourage homeownership. My role with SVB is to originate, coordinate in getting down payment assistance programs approved, and outreach to our non -profit partners to attend their First Time Homebuyer classes to help educate the potential homebuyers.

I joined SVB through a merger with Boston Private and have been with the company since 2016. My prior employers were Citibank and BBVA Compass/PNC.

I enjoy traveling, reading, movies, and spending time with family.
