Jae Yul Kim

Jae Yul Kim is a distinguished leader in the as Executive Vice Chair in Southern California Christian community and a scholar with advanced theological training. He holds a Ph.D. from Emmanuel University, a Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) from Berkeley School of Theology, and a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) from San Francisco Theological Seminary. Kim serves as the president of the Southern California Christian Church Council and as the chairperson of the Southern California Promotion Committee for the 3.1 Movement UN/UNESCO World Memory Heritage Registration Foundation. He is also the director of the Immigration Community Change Research Institute and the senior pastor of Los Angeles Hope Church. Through his leadership and academic expertise, Jae Yul Kim has made significant contributions to both the religious and immigrant communities.
