Susan Naslund

Susan Naslund is a California native, married for 35 years to Eric Naslund, and the mother of two sons. She is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego, a member of Foothills United Methodist Church in La Mesa, and a Certified Lay Minister in the California-Pacific Annual Conference. Feeling a nudge to drop her net and trust that God would teach her new way of doing things, Susan answered a call in 2017 to become the Director of Bethlehem Food Pantry, a ministry serving neighbors in El Cajon, California. In 2019, Susan was chosen as the Chairperson of the Good Shepherd Ministry Center (of which the Bethlehem Food Pantry is a part) and she now seeks to fulfill her vision of building a more expansive community of wholesomeness and peace in the post-COVID 19 future.
